Asset map of youth services in Connecticut. A map of educational, health and social services throughout the state targeted to youth ages 14-24.
New Haven youth map. The Youth Map was developed by the Boost! team (made up of representatives from United Way, the Mayor’s Office, the Board of Alders and New Haven Public Schools).
Fairfield County Youth Resources. This Youth Map was developed to determine all the assets and resources available to youth in the Fairfield County region. Everything from Educational Resources to Mental Health and Housing can be found from this resource.
Southeast CT Youth Resources This Youth Map was developed to determine all the assets and resources available to youth in the Southeast region of Connecticut. Everything from Educational Resources to Mental Health and Housing can be found from this resource.
Northeast CT Youth Resources This Youth Map was developed to determine all the assets and resources available to youth in the Northeast region of Connecticut. Everything from Educational Resources to Mental Health and Housing can be found from this resource.
Torrington youth map. The Torrington Youth Asset Map was developed by high school students in Torrington High School along with school staff and community organizational partners.
Youth Employment Services Map: This is a map of employment services throughout Connecticut that are meant to serve teens and young adults with everything from writing a resume to job placement.
